We have received some concerns stating that it is difficult to get to work with us; we fully understand the concern as it is a true statement. Given that we are high quality driven, we are very strict at screening our translators and interpreters.

After we have all your documentation verified, we conduct an interview, have a contract signed and only then, contractors become part of our team. We assign the jobs based on credentials, skills, competencies and professionalism (not just because someone is on the database). 

Soon the OCCI Tier Accreditation System will help resolve some of the issues for contracting Community Interpreters in Ontario.
