Magic Moments:

How do we capture the most beautiful moments of our life?

Both pictures and video are great ways to capture moments, and with smartphones nowadays, most people do both. There is however a third option many people do not engage in, and it may be the most powerful!

Journaling is the art of capturing a moment on a page. Some people journal about what happened during their day, both good and bad. Journaling about your magic moments is all about the best things that happened to you. You can do it daily, or at a minimum weekly.

Capturing all of your magic moments at the end of your week on a Sunday night can really brighten up your week and get your ready for the coming week. Capturing magic moments will direct your focus to all the good that happened in your week, and cause you to feel great! It’s a really simple yet powerful practice to induce gratitude.

At the end of the year in December, one of the best gifts you can give yourself is to go through your year of magic moments, and choose the top 20 and make them your year magic moments. It would be pretty difficult to try and remember them all off the top of your head, but by capturing them weekly, it’s a breeze that takes less than 10 minutes, and you have an incredible page of the best things during your year. We hope you will adopt this, and we would love to hear about some of your magic moments!
