Tips to sleep better:

  • Set your body clock, set an schedule, go to bed and wake up at the same time every day (7 days a week). Ideal times 10:00 pm-6:00 am 
  • Avoid caffeine 2 hours before going to bed
  • Nothing to drink 2 hours prior to bedtime
  • Keep the lights off
  • Exercise on a regular basis
  • Avoid using the bedroom for watching TV, working or use of other electronics.
  • Eat light meals at night
  • Avoid sleeping less than 6 hours or more than 8
  • Watch your alcohol and nicotine intake
  • Meditate or relax prior to going to bed
  • Replace worrying thoughts by empowering ones
  • Avoid watching the news at night, mostly, they bring negativity.
