Set your body clock, set an schedule, go to bed and wake up at the same time every day (7 days a week). Ideal times 10:00 pm-6:00 am
Avoid caffeine 2 hours before going to bed
Nothing to drink 2 hours prior to bedtime
Keep the lights off
Exercise on a regular basis
Avoid using the bedroom for watching TV, working or use of other electronics.
Eat light meals at night
Avoid sleeping less than 6 hours or more than 8
Watch your alcohol and nicotine intake
Meditate or relax prior to going to bed
Replace worrying thoughts by empowering ones
Avoid watching the news at night, mostly, they bring negativity.
