Because We Care

Newsletter #4

"The body that manages the federal public service fell short of its requirement to protect official language rights when overseeing cuts to government spending."
"Official documents prepared in response to the questions the members of the Senate and National Assembly ask — are riddled with mistakes, and contain either irrelevant or exaggerated information."
We are one of the most trusted translation agencies in the world and proudly Canadian. More importantly, the Multi-Languages culture is about making the world a better place! We are changing the world one person at a time, saving lives in multiple languages.
Because of what we do, people are happier and healthier. After two decades in business, we still believe in giving back, and we want people to feel happy and help others to achieve the same. It is a privilege to carry this mission. Helping others is what inspires us.
We authentically care for our translators, interpreters and clients.
At each Annual Conference, we offer at least 1 session on personal empowerment. In 2015 we had a session on destroying limiting beliefs that ended with a "Board Break". It was empowering, educational and fun.

Empowerment Tips
Tony Robbins problem solving questions:
  • What is great about this problem?
  • What is not perfect yet?
  • What am I willing to do to make it the way I want it?
  • What am I willing to no longer do in order to make it the way I want it?
  • How can I enjoy the process while I do what is necessary to make it the way I want it?
3 decisions that can change your life:
Decision 1: What are you going to focus on? Do you focus on things you’re excited about or things you fear? Whatever you focus on, you experience. Wherever focus goes, energy flows.
Decision 2: What does this mean? Is this the end or the beginning? Are you being punished or rewarded? The minute you decide to focus on something, you give it a meaning. How you define an event produces emotion and determines how you feel going forward.
Decision 3: What are you going to do? Are you going to give up or follow through? The meanings we assign to events influence what actions we take as a result. It’s our decisions, not our conditions, that ultimately shape the quality of our lives. At any moment the decision you make can change the course of your life forever
