"Do you or your company produce documents in both of Canada's official languages? How can you ensure that both versions of these documents contain the same information while respecting the style and conventions of each language?"
"US Antitrust Policy comprises a triumvirate of laws designed to protect the hallowed free market system of the United States."

"For Clara Cohen, language is all about patterns. The postdoctoral psychology researcher has been interested in linguistic patterns since she was an undergraduate learning Russian, and now, thanks to advances in technology, she can study patterns in language as they occur in real time."
Empowerment Tips
Scientists have discovered some of the most effective ways to invite more happiness into your life. These are 4 easy to do strategies to be truly happy.
"UCLA neuroscience researcher Alex Korb has some insights that can create an upward spiral of happiness in your life."
1. The most important question to ask when you feel down:
What am I Grateful for?
Doesn't matter. You don't have to find anything. It's the searching that counts.
And gratitude doesn't just make your brain happy — it can also create a positive feedback loop in your relationships. So express that gratitude to the people you care about.
2. Label Negative Feelings:
You feel awful. Okay, give that awfulness a name. Sad? Anxious? Angry?
Suppressing emotions doesn't work and can backfire on you.
In fact, labelling affects the brain so powerfully it works with other people too. Labelling emotions is one of the primary tools used by FBI hostage negotiators.
3. Make that Decision:
Ever make a decision and then your brain finally feels at rest? That's no random occurrence.
Brain science shows that making decisions reduces worry and anxiety — as well as helping you solve problems. It provides pleasure and control.
4. Touch People:
No, not indiscriminately; that can get you in a lot of trouble. Relationships are very important to your brain's feeling of happiness. Want to take that to the next level? Touch people.

"Scientists may be able to predict who is more likely to recover from language problems following a stroke by examining structures in the right hemisphere of the brain, according to research published in Neurology."
"A human translator, even when typing at 120 words per minute, cannot hope to approach the processing speed of a computer. On the other hand, he or she is supposed to be familiar with the subject matter and able to recognize certain stumbling blocks where computers often fall short."
"This workshop will have presentations related to the most common health issues, interspersed with practical in-class exercises. Includes a section on challenges in the health care field, such as working in the mental health setting."
