Going Green will change everything! Not only do they taste great, they are great for you. Green smoothies are one of the healthiest drinks you can have. They detoxify your entire body and leave you feeling amazing!
Even though the benefits of green smoothies are endless, here are a few of the main positive impacts of having green drinks!
- Increase consumption of fruits and vegetables

Here is a quick recipe for those of you who want to get started today!
Put the following in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds - 1 minute
- 4-6 cups of Spinach
- 1 cup of Kale
- 2 tbsp of Chia Seeds
- 1 Banana
- 1 cup of Mango (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup of Ginger
- Half of a medium Cucumber
- 1 tbsp of Vanilla Extract
Fill the rest of the blender with water and blend away!
*The serving sizes might have to be reduced depending on the size of the blender used*
