Update: Afternoon Open House Added

   
In addition to the two evening Open Houses scheduled for this week, an afternoon Open House has been scheduled on the proposed new Official Plan (February 2018). The purpose of the Open House sessions is to provide the public with the opportunity to review and discuss the proposed new Official Plan with representatives of the City. There will be no formal presentation given.

Statutory Public Meeting
 
Following the Open Houses the public can provide comments to Burlington City Council on the proposed Official Plan. This meeting is open to the public and is available in an online webcast.  
 
Delegations are not required to register in advance to speak. Individuals who would like to register in advance, can register online or call 905-335-7600, ext. 7413.
 
The proposed new Official Plan (February 2018) will be presented to the Planning and Development Committee on:
 
Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018
1 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
