REMINDER: 

Release of Proposed New Official Plan Recommended for Adoption and Staff Report 

 
The proposed new Official Plan recommended for adoption has been released. The proposed new Official Plan (April 2018) contains revisions based on feedback received at the February 27, 2018 Statutory Public Meeting, and through written submissions.  A copy of the proposed new Official Plan (April 2018) and other supporting documentation can be downloaded at:  www.burlington.ca/newop.
 
A hard copy of the proposed new Official Plan is available at all City library branches, and at City Hall, at both the Clerks and the Planning/Zoning counters.
 
City Hall is open between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
 
A report recommending adoption of Burlington’s proposed new Official Plan has been released and will be presented to Burlington City Council at a meeting of the Planning and Development Committee on Tuesday, April 24 at 1:00 and 6:30 p.m. and, if required, Wednesday, April 25 at 9:30 a.m. at City Hall in Council Chambers. Please find a link to the agenda, including the report and all appendices here.
 
A special Council meeting will immediately follow the Planning and Development Committee meeting.
